Oramiq is a property technology platform that provides real estate investors and developers in Cyprus with portfolio management, property appreciation tracking, financial scenario analysis, and communication tools. The service is provided by Oramiq ("we", "us", "our").

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are the property of Oramiq and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform.

5. No Financial Advice — Investment Disclaimer

Oramiq is a technology platform that provides data tools and information. Oramiq is NOT a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, or fiduciary. Nothing on this platform — including property valuations, appreciation estimates, rental yield projections, scenario analyses, AI-generated insights, market data, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property or investment.

All data, projections, and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only. They are based on historical data, third-party sources, and automated analysis that may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Property values can decrease as well as increase.

Any investment decision you make is your sole responsibility. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with qualified and licensed financial advisors, legal counsel, and tax professionals before making any investment decisions. Oramiq accepts no responsibility for any investment decision or action taken based on information provided through this platform.

By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are making your own independent investment decisions and that Oramiq bears no liability for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on any data or content provided herein.

6. AI-Generated Content

This platform uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, summaries, projections, and responses. AI-generated content is automated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations. AI outputs do not represent the views or recommendations of Oramiq and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oramiq, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of investment value, loss of data, or financial losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Oramiq in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. This limitation applies to all content, data, projections, AI-generated output, third-party information, and functionality provided through the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with the governing law above.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email or phone number associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service.
